Inspiration Millenium. A unique collection welcoming the year 2000 Inspiration Millenium, is the four pieces collection with which Lladró would like to welcome the year 2000. Humankind´s best wishes and aspirations for the new millenium are expressed in these four figurines in the collection, scheduled for release from 1998 to the year 2000.

	Milky Way, a metaphor of the Earth as seen from space, represents a reflection on our origins, on the place we occupy in the universe.		In New Horizons, the uplifting feelings inspired by doves, teh desire for peace and the presence of flowers all unite to create a special emblem of life advancing towards a new begining.

	"Rebirth" shows a beautiful maiden with a garland of flowers watching over a sleeping baby. In addition to being an allegory of the beginning of a new life, this figurine also offers up a hymn of hope to Mother Earth. The third millennium marks the start of a new era emphasizing love of nature. "Rebirth", the third Inspiration Millennium figurine, completes the trio formed by "Milky Way" (1998) and "New Orizons" (1999), rich in poetic symbolism. The collection will be withdrawn in December 2000, an these figurines will never be made again.		Father Time, he wears some of the milestones of the millenium´s history on his cape - the historic dates in time´s relentless march onward, as indicated by the hourglass this ancient celebrity holds inhis hand. Father Time, is the star addiction to the Inspiration Millenium collection, joining the three allegorical figurines conceived by Lladró to welcome the 21st century. And like his companions, Father Time will be withdrawn at the end of the year 2000, when it will be time to say goodbye to the old, and welcome a new era.
